Working Principle The FABON Ring Die Pellet Machine operates on the compression and extrusion principle. Feeding: Pre-conditioned biomass or powdered feed material is fed into the pellet chamber through a variable-speed screw feeder. Compression: The rollers press the material through the holes of the ring-shaped die under high pressure, generating frictional heat that binds the particles naturally. Cutting & Discharge: The extruded pellets are cut to desired lengths by adjustable knives and discharged through the outlet for cooling and packing.
